I wanted to wait until the whole process was done before writing this and yesterday we picked up the flower girl dresses. I was so impressed with this bridal shop. They were professional, kind, patient, flexible, helpful, responsive and all around amazing every step of the way. I had to get flower girl dresses for my 2 girls for my brother's wedding. The original dress the bride picked out didn't work for my kids, so the bridal shop helped us find another dress that was an exact match. Their availability for appointments (including alterations) was perfect, their communication (text / email /reminders) was impressive and they were on time for everything we needed. I HIGHLY recommend Diana's bridal!

Diana’s Bridal was nothing short of amazing! They took my vision and found me the perfect dress in one appointment. After choosing the dress everything was so smooth. Easy to set appointments. If you’re looking for a dress in Chicago, I highly recommend going to Diana’s Bridal! I did not end up buying my dress at Diana’s (because it was my first try on sesh and my important ladies weren’t all with me) .. but I would absolutely recommend checking it out. Lots of awesome, beautiful dress options for reasonable prices! When you book your appointment, ask to have Mariah as your stylist! She was so helpful and kind. I felt confident with her help and her suggestions! She made me feel special and comfortable during my entire experience. She’s the best.

We had so much fun! It was bright and light; other brides were coming in so that added to the energy & excitement (but we didn't feel on top of each other - in fact, I hardly saw the other brides once our appointments started). Mariah was easy to work with, really listened to what my vision of the day as well as my likes and dislikes throughout the process. She honestly came up with the perfect dress (which was totally not on my radar) but amazing & just right. I'm so happy... I kind of wish I could wear it always! hahaha! :)
