Actually I think they do have fresh Vegan options. Additionally the market itself has a good variety of pan-Asian Vegan foods. Their dumpling/gyoza/mandu selection in the freezer section is especially good (e.g. the kimchi flavored Vegan shumai). Sorry I don't have a direct answer about the stand outside or the suit down place inside, but that answer from Simon Lee was very misleading in reference to this market generally, and as a vegan I always found this market fantastic. If you ask I'm sure they can help you with their prepared foods, they're very helpful and many Asian foods are not animal based even if they aren't marketed using the veg*n term.

I don't believe the snack corner has any vegan options, but they do have items with little to no meat, like the gimmari, if available.
I am 99% sure it does not have vegan options. Actually most traditional Asian dishes do not cater to vegetarians and vegans. There are Asian restaurants that do but only because they are a modernized restaurant
