To avoid the construction right now on Cicero I had to take a break from my favorite grocery store Cermak Produce and come to the Food 4 Less on North Ave., Erica N. was so rude she reminded me why I never shop at this store. I said hello I did not get a hello back when I told her to have a great night I received no response. Terrible absolutely terrible customer service!

This has always been a great store around the world Kroger products are reasonable but as far as this location with the workers it's more need to be done you may get lucky and find 2 cashier's working but they desperately needs better management skills for better training and hospitality of there franchise

Staffing needed...
This store has been bad for years it's under staffed. The parking lot is almost always a trash dump. I waited in line over an hour to purchase an onion. (If I didn't really need it I would have walked out). Once I got outside I called to speak to a manager about my terrible experience and the manager on duty was one of the 3 cashiers working!! It's staffed that way because of the location.
All the safety precautions they have at every other store where you're need to stay six feet away from another person cashiers have clear safety guards up to stay safe.

Food4less is how Cub Foods and Omni Superstores used to be. Every customer is responsible for bagging his or her own groceries.
They can be pricey. I always check the sales paper before getting meat from there. If you're looking for a specific meat and they have a good price fine but if you're going for selection of meat you may want to try Peoria
Agree could be managed better
Management understand that issue's that it gets over crowded but they have a great team to be helpful to the customer.
