I need to return one of four pairs of shoes I bought at DSW on Saturday, June 2. Unfortunately, I've lost my receipt. How to return the shoes please? I've tried to contact DSW via phone; 50 minute waits and I get disconnected by them.

If you're a rewards customer they should be able to credit you using the credit card you used for the initial purchase. Hope so

Best way is if u are a rewards customer, if u buy it online then ur email proof would be sufficient
