They don't give certificates,,,you call on Monday morning at 8am sharp to try and get a spot for the following week,,,you have to call early,,,the spots fill up quickly. It's $20 per pet I believe. Also,,,maybe try calling on Tuesdsy morning as well if you're unsuccessful on Monday.
