It all depends on your address. If you live in certain areas such as Palmdale, Lancaster, Little Rock, etc it's $20. Otherwise, cats spay or neuter $40. Dogs spay or neuter starting from $60 according to their body weight.
They don't pay to spay and neuter; you pay them. When I had my boy done there 8 months ago, it was $20.
