Yes. There aren't any ramps but the walkways are wide. There is handicapped parking in their garage.

I believe so. The museum is only one level and there's enough room to maneuver a chair/powered scooter around the exhibition. If you park in the underground structure, there's are elevators that take you to street level. I don't believe the museum doors are powered, however.

Yes, it's ground level with handicap accessible doors. The museum might be difficult to get through with a wheelchair when crowded but it's still certainly doable.
