I have not seen the meats there but I do know of a place that sells everything for hot pot and the prices are great. 99 ranch market in Rancho Cucamonga.
They do sell hot pot/korean bbq meats but I have not seen hotpot soup packets. You will find pork belly, beef, tofu, enoki mushrooms, pickled radish, and even kimchi.
