I like shopping at the store but I find more items online. I have the credit card and it gives me free products with the points I have. I try to pay it off my balance every month. The customer service in the store is ok. I needed a set spray so I thought I would see if they had it and I bought the last one. If I 'm desperate for something I need, I'll go to the store again.

You go in on you're birthday month and if you are apart of the rewards you just give you're email and they will give you the bday gift they have in stock.
I believe it means on holidays there might be different hours.
