Has this place or area seen any flooding (late 2016-2018) ? I am in Atlanta and am looking at 2 used outbacks. Both carfax show these cars originated from coral springs. Strange coincidence or flood damage? They were sold quickly low miles.

Agreed. Even Hurricane Irma did not have much water with it. We bought 2 Foresters there in the last 2 years. Ask for Ryan Patterson - a great person to help.

No! There hasn't been any flooding dispit the hurricane in 2017, houses and road came well.
