Not that kind of place. Highly recommend schooner of beer and picked eggs you'll love it. Check it out before you go with family. It's like nothing has changed since 1920.
My parents brought me here, I brought my daughter here when she was a child, will bring my 4 year old granddaughter in. Third gen Long Beach born. It's a tradition. Nana will have a schooner.

Yes. No restrictions on youngins as long as they are supervised. The sandwiches are inexpensive and delicious. I also highly recommend the peanuts they roast in-house.
