Traditional American food with a Southern California twist is always excellent. Service is great even at peak times. I have eaten breakfast, lunch and/or dinner there frequently over the last forty years, always worth it. This morning was eggs, sausage, "those potatoes and English muffin. Still great.

Don't know! Why would they move? With a steady customer base? They have a fine menu & excellent service!
Use the additional $3 dollars towards the tip for the waitress/waiter.
