Everyone working here hates their life. No information online, no information on the signs. They purposely made the rules SO VAGUE - so you will violate them and get a ticket. Even with a residential permit, you are bound to get a ticket anyway, so why should I bother to apply?? I recommend living in Cambridge, at least you’d be dealing with decent human beings there.

Great service, extremely helpful and very quick. We got our mover parking permits in minutes.

It's mind-blowing how these front-end government employees treat customers like garbage. Meanwhile, the majority of front-end big corporate pharmacy employees or cashiers are much nicer, even though they deal with worse customers, have worse hours, and worse health benefits.

This organization is demonic.

No
No and they don't plan on opening for the foreseeable future
The date on the parking sticker is when it expires. The big number is the month it expires. So for example if you have a sticker that says 2020 and a big blue number 1, it expires tomorrow.
I believe there are 2 spots in front that are timed. I do not believe they have a parking lot per se
It will be based on the license plate of the vehicle - if you retained the old license plate then you can return to the Parking Department with the new vehicle information and I believe they can reissue the permit. Call ahead to be sure if you need to bring any other paper work. If the new car has a new license plate, you will need to apply for a new permit.
No. Sunday is free parking.
The end of the month that it was issued
I asked a person giving tickets on my street this question and was told they would only give a ticket to someone blocking a driveway if there was a complaint.
