Good morning, my Italian passport has expired. I have already made the appointment for October but I would like to know how much it costs and what documents should I bring? do i have to bring money order or cash? Thanks, Daniela

Buon giorno Daniela. Expired passport, renewal application is online and you can print and fill out, cash. VERY IMPORTANT: two pictures, the correct size. When you go for your passport pictures, specify they're for EU passports (not USA). Arrive early on the day of your appointment.

NOT CASH! MONEY ORDER ONLY! The consulate just changed it so that only money orders are accepted. Go to their website and look at the consular fees.
