Yes, you will get in. The only suggestion i have is that you show up at the Consulate on the appointed day, but the first one in the door. They will check today you're on the list, and call you in first-come. Bring all your forms and the fee in cash. When you go to take your picture at Walgreen's or wherever, specify it's for an EU passport. It's a bit smaller than a standard US passport. Oh, and good luck!
