My Contours are starting to “lock up” on a regular basis. The picture freezes and sound is lost. If I exchange all three at once, will we lose all of the programs we have recorded for later use?

Dependa on which contour u have and your setup. They had the record 6 cisco box. Contour 1 and 2 netflix and voice contour. And if u have three one would do the recording all three could which one does the recording and which one stores is based on setup. Then the boxes stream to each other (my understanding)
