What is wrong with this hotel/motel? They never answer their phone?! I've been calling & nobody ever picks up! You get their voicemail which is full, so you can't even leave a message! There's no customer service! Is this a ghost town motel?

I'm trying to call hotel to do a wellness check on my son who has heat exhaustion & should go to the hospital. The front desk never answers the phone.

It is operational, but in person customer service is great, phone not so much... Location is amazing!
