I shipped a package on 12/24 but lost tracking number. Stated that package should be sent ground and delivered by 12/31 haven't received as yet is there a local number to help get tracking number to find out where package is currently?

There is only a general USPS number on the internet. So for this case you will need to go to the post office directly. Maybe if you ask them in person they might give you a phone number for the future use.
