Dear friends,I need to do my change status your office is closed,?what I go to do?

This system is disgusting and shameful. No one answers, you can't make an appointment, and us Americans who have struggled for years building for their retirement and have been disabled and food stamps have been taken away without a reason. Trying to receive medicaid because you can't afford medicines and Dr co-pays but they don't care. Only certain folks are assisted and receive all the government has to offer. I wonder why??? Hopefully you can read between the lines

I had my share of frustrations just recently in securing an appointment with them..You have to call their office.If you are patient to wait (and lucky), someone will take your call and get your info first...and they will contact you (G knows when), with your schedule.
