If you call ahead they will not put you on the wait list unless your party is 8 or more people. They will direct you to the app for table reservations. For 7 people or less, you have to physically walk in and give the host your me and phone number. You will receive a text verifying your contact number, then a 2nd text when you table is ready. This doesn't take too long, but it's inconvenient to walk in just for them to tell you, you need to wait in your car until your table is ready.
You can just show up, but reservations are wise especially at dinner time.
Yes, we did have reservations. We had to wait outside until a table was ready. Although, this was @ the 7:30 pm hour. Our wait was less than 10 minutes. Outside, snowing, they accommodated with outside heaters.
