No one wants to work anymore, especially with low paying jobs as Walmart; that's why there is no operator to answer the phone. I guess being on the dole is more profitable!

They have good wages depending of the job type , and good benefits also.

It's big place and busy i always find what i need just they need price check machine instead of waiting on big line for price check an item!

I think it is a combination of both lack of pay and lack of care for customer service. That starts with the lack of organization. Feels like a swap meet in the stores.

Walmart employees make good money its just that there employees are either too lazy or don't care about there customers because they know that there are plenty others who would shop ar Walmart in all boils down to money money money and discounts that bring customers in and not good customer service support.

Trying to make more profits must be why they never have cashiers to check us out. Getting to the point where I will shop anywhere else
