So one of the party cities was working on 31st, and they had it in stock. We tried Walmart and target - they did not have any. Thanks to everyone!
I didn't see any but you could check online. They may have some in clearance.
I actually saw it at target but that was about 3 weeks ago, not sure if they still have it
