Good luck with that. Very bad habit of not doing that. Guess since they are 24 hours. There isn't someone available as much.
They seldom do. I called a couple of years back and they did answer, but after that, they seem to have gone downhill in that regard. During one urgent attempt, my call kept getting looped back to the operator, and she kindly offered to go to Customer Service to find out why they weren't picking up. She said their precise words were that they "...refuse to pick up the phone". I can understand that maybe they were swamped (lines at Customer Service can get insanely long), but to flat-out refuse to pick up a phone (no "call back in about an hour or so", etc.) is the very antithesis of "customer service".
They do not! I was told to call after 5 minutes (they knew me). I called them 5 to 6 times. None of them answered my call.
I dont know. I guess sometimes. Depends really cause ive neen at customer service when only 1 worker was behind counter yet a line of customers so i dont see if only 1 worker how they can answer a phone.
When someone is there or not helping a customer. The associates do answer in a timely fashion, sometimes.
