i am so upset. I went to Quest Diagnostics on May 11 at 10:30 for my PCR test at 1020 Route 18, East Brunswick, New Jersey. when I went inside, the person could not understand what I was telling her. I told her I was there for my PCR test and she thought I had Covid. She started telling me that I had to go to Urgent care. Finally she understood that I was there for my PCR test. Finally test was done, after 2 hours I got a call from them that the kit she had used was wrong kit and they will be sending a kit by fedex and I have to do the test on my own and send the test back. It has been more than 24 hours, I have not received anything. I called Quest Diagnostics customer service and they told me that they do not have any of my information on their computer. IT is very upsetting. I am trying to call the office in East Brunswick and I keep getting recording. I feel the person who take care of me is not professional at all.

Two doctors requested the same blood work so they ran one test and billed it out twice. Our HSA and insurance company threw a fit and our HSA almost got canceled.

Horrible service. I need to drop something off that MUST be refrigerated. And they’re telling us that I need to wait for my turn. Which can take 2 hours. It needs to be refrigerated. Meanwhile there’s a bunch of people in the waiting room upset at the staff for different things.

Yes... no appointment needed.
I'm not sure WHO, but they do have staff who are very good with frightened children. I have seen them at work there while getting my blood drawn.
