You place your order online and if a store has it they will populate a drop down menu and you pick which store is most convenient for you. Order is the sent to store where they see if they accualy have the iteam. You then recieve an email either stating that your order is ready for pick up or is cancelled. You then have to go to that stores curbside pick up area(wilkes barre store's is on their south franklin drive way) in the pick area should be a sign with a phone number to call. Call it and wait for your iteam to be brought to you. Some Iteams on website are delivery or online only and are not available for curbside. Also You are not charged until you collect your iteam
