They open at 8AM for breakfast and since the store is not even open, you have to enter through the package pickup door on Franklin St and walk down the stairs. The cafe closes around 6PM. At Christmas and Hanukkah they are open extended hours and on Sunday, they are only open for brunch (9-12 I believe). It is a great coffee shop!

Yes. Remember to get it stamped at register so your parking is free. Garage is in the rear on a one way street called South Franklin Street it will be on the right hand side. You'll see it. It's catty corner the ousterhout library and West Moreland club. Or meters on the street South main street, if you can find parking. Those meters run out so fast tho. Also there's a parking lot on South main before Boscovs on the right on South main Street. Parking is free on the square and around it in the evening also.

there used to be one in Scranton, Hazelton and Wilkes Barre. Before Al Boscov bought the department store the name of store was The Boston Store. Love the Wilkes Barre store.

I don't believe there is a Salon, but the diner is still in the basement with same old furnishings.

I agree with Theresa yes they will allow it but you will get the lowest price it sold for and unless it was on your Boscovs credit card you will get a gift card If you just want to exchange sizes im sure that's no problem

I would try later someone isnt always around they are constantly moving and not that many employees and I think they open at 11 used to be 10 but do to covid they open at 11

Walk through the front doors past perfume counters and there is an escalator. Take that down and you will find it. Kids toys are at the very back then kids clothes and it's right before that.
