Download the app or go to the website. You can use debit or credit. The first month is free. (It Might be cheaper for you to get a sams card for 60 .....99 with free shipping if you order online and early store hours and complimentary card/ out side pickup)
On their website you can choose delivery or pick up. If you pay the yearly fee($99 last checked) for Walmart+, shipping is free, otherwise the fee depends on what you buy. You can use a bank debit card.
You can get home delivery for free if you sign up for their Walmart+ service. I believe it is still $99 for the year. To sign up for it, you can use your debit card, and when you place your orders you can use your debit card. (Note: for delivery, you have the option to give a tip to drivers). I have had it now for 2 years and honestly it is worth it. With the service, you can also get a discount on gas at Sam's Club or other approved gas stations.
