Thanks. Coming down from Bar Harbor, Maine where we have 3 local organic bakeries. Haven't had commercial store bought bread in a long time. I'll seek out Food and Thought as soon as I get there. I'll be living in Punta Gorda and Naples is the closest I've seen for healthy food.
