My two dogs stayed here recently. It is a really nice and clean facility, and they seemed to enjoy themselves. The cameras are also nice to see them during group play. However, it is fairly pricey. The only issue we had is I do not think they dry the dogs off after being in the water and our dogs were gross and needed a bath when we got them home.

The main reason I'm giving Pampered Pet Resorts a 1 star is due to the lack of activity provided for the boarded dogs. We have a 10 year old black lab who is still very active and enjoys being around people and dogs. We used this facility only 1 time (the end of August) for a period of 2 days. Our dog was at the facility for a total of 52 hours, 47.5 of which were sitting in her "junior suite." The junior suite consisted of a cot, blanket, 2 toys, a camera, and a bowl of water. I was able to see the activity, as we paid extra to have a dedicated camera, and am being generous with saying our dog spent 47.5 hours in her suite. There were at least 2 occasions where the handler picked up our dog for Group Play and returned her within 15 minutes, rather than the allotted 20 minutes. I did not realize there was so little activity provided and will now know to ask the right questions for the next kennel. Our dog has boarded her entire life (we recently moved to the Naples area so needed a new kennel). She is used to playing nonstop during the days, and sleeps well at night due to all the playtime (this is what I thought I was getting with this facility). In the past, she has come home happy. With our experience at Pampered Pet Resorts, she came home completely exhausted and not herself. I believe this was due to the lack of activity and lack of interaction with anyone, or any dog. She was in a new place, but her personality allows for her to be happy with anything, as long as someone is around. I read a lot of reviews before sending our dog to this facility, but don't recall anyone mentioning activity. I hope this helps if you have a dog who needs more interaction and playtime.

First class facility. Cannot say enough kind works about the entire staff at this location. Our Benny loves his visits and always has his tail wagging upon his arrivals and departures. We highly recommend this Naples location. They have very good standards and expert knowledge on dog handling.

We used Pampered Pet Resort for boarding our Havanese, Bentley. We were very pleased with the care and attention provided. We especially like the suites with the web cam to look in our pup during his visit. It is also nice to get a report card to know how he is doing. Our only request would be to have additional cameras for the indoor play area as it is difficult to see the dogs when they are in that space. We have booked Bentley's next visit for December this year.
