Has any one receive the funding problem right after SBA approved and updated banking information and recei e there funds. I just keep getting the same email over over from womply and benworth

Yes me too. I get 4 messages a day about funds transfer failing Qaeda after getting approved, yet all my info is correct. My friends who got approved by other banks dont have this issue. Seems benworth doesn't care to actually give the funds after approval

Just file a small claims civil lawsuit at your local courthouse. It's an easy win! That is what I plan to do. Enough is enough. Both Womply and Benworth Capital have been negligent in processing my PPP loan. After 3 months I have not received a single penny. On the up side, once I file my civil claim I can ask for more than the amount of my PPP loan.

Same as everyone else...says I need to update my bank info...i do that...my status never changes from UPDATED BANK INFO on Bensworths end...

Take a look at your promissory note see if the account and routing number on the promissory note if not this is the reason why it was sent back and why they say that they tried to make the deposit but it didn't go through chances are it's not going to be on the promissory note mine wasn't and I had the same issue I don't know what to do about the promissory note thing I've been waiting to receive a second one maybe but a piece of advice that I got was update your bank information and then leave it alone don't touch your application again don't update it again you're going to keep getting those emails over and over and over and over again just leave your application once you updated it and let them processes I followed this advice and after a few days my status change from funding failure to lender funding and so now I am waiting to see what happens next I will get on here and update you guys if something changes

Yes I’m having the same issue it says funds were despoiled but sent back to lender & it was never deposited

I don’t understand why you can’t get a physical person on the line? I also called my bank and they couldn’t find any attempt to make a deposit from Bentworth or anyone else! I believe it’s time to start alerting BBB and SBA or someone! Why is everyone getting the same message-FUNDING PROBLEM????? Then I have changed bank information and the system never updates it with what I changed it too!

Yes cause I still haven't saw no money yet but steady telling me it been funded, this is no good for business at all, I recommend nobody to them.

I've been in borrowed funded for over a month now I just need to know when will my PPP funds be deposited in my business bank account I just talked to my bank yesterday she stated,nothing has came over from Ben worth she even knows my lender now

It will come ppl..... long as youve been approved. I had this problem then like 3 weeks later round 9pm it showed up in my bank account

I've been approve and funded by BENWORTH through Womply portal 4/30/21 But until I don't have the money, why? Enlighten me please..

So what happens if we never receive the ppp funds? Also, can we return the funds with no interest?
