If is less than four , best to be there a noon you will get a table quick after that is usually at least a twenty minutes wait.
Yes you can make reservations for lunch. Hillstone only does reservations for up to a party of 4.
Not sure if it's necessary for lunch but they likely accept a reservation regardless
