I noticed as of late that the P.O Boxes are no longer open 24/7. Was there a rule/policy change that I missed?

They close at 5pm inside, the side doors are open till 6pm.

Yes they have changed a lot you should ask questions because I no longer have a P O.box anymore so I dont know now.
