If you put a correct change of address in, it will come... It takes time... Like getting mailed twice but slower...
Welk they close at 4:30
They close at 5pm inside, the side doors are open till 6pm.
No longer than 3 days then it goes back to sender.
The only thing you need an appointment for at the post office is for a passport.
