I disagree, they do not have 5 star hospitality and service but I feel the place and cool enough and the food is good and economical.
I have seen the place overcrowded and left since it is true air conditioner would feel as it was off making a very discomfort place to have a meal. I have lunch there when it was not overcrowded and seems okay as the temperature was room temperature . Keep in mind Brazilian usually prefer room temperature instead of a cold air conditioner as they all are use to that.
