I waited 3 months overdue to have my windows and doors installed. Love the product. But............ I have doors that won't latch unless I lock with deadbolt and have been waiting since January to have them fixed. I have been waiting for inspections since January and we are in May. 3 times the inspection has been set up and 3 times the contractor did not show with the paperwork for the inspector. 3 times no doors fixed either. Not good customer service at all. Would not recommend them. Oh and they will call and call to receive payment even if you are not totally satisfied and things need to be fixed.
