Worst customer service.. I was promised multiple deals and when trying to contact the office there's either no answer or they tell you they will call you back and don't. Or when you finally get someone to help while you are on the phone ypu can transferred multiple times to get a run around. I wish I went with a different t company for my windows. I wouldnt and will not recommend this company to anyone.

I contracted with this company in January 2022, the contract was for 7 windows and 2 sliding doors. After 5 months in May they were to install all. No one showed. In July after over 55 phone calls, 50 unanswered and over 100 texts, someone finally called and set a July date. They installed 3 windows. They were so poorly installed we had to tarp over them to keep the rain out. After many, many more calls and texts a woman answered the phone and said all staff had quit or fired. After calling at least another 20 times, I was informed our windows are lost, they have no idea where they are and cannot do anything about it. I paid 40% upfront on a $18,000.00 order. It’s gone. Do not use this company, it is a fraud. Even the salesman called me and said he is taking them to court for non payment of salary. I gave them a one rating, I wish there was a 0 R. Abbott

Trusting these installers for roof installation work wasn't easy and I was very worried that maybe they are not experienced and do something wrong. Thankfully, these installers did a great job at installing the roof which I wasn't expecting from them.
