I work at UNL and I received a free Star Tran bus pass with my parking permit. Can I have my son use it to ride the bus home from his high school even though he doesn't have a Ncard (since he isn't a college student).

As it says right on the pass you received the pass is non transferable. It can only be used by the person it is issued to. Making a copy of your N-card is illegal.

If I make a copy of my Ncard and you see that our last name matches, can he still use it? It would be a shame that I have this free pass and I don't have a need for it but my son could use it but can't........

We have to see the n card with the pass.
