I am the spouse of an USAF retiree visiting Omaha, Nebr. I want to use Offutt AFB commissary. Am I allowed to use? How do I go about obtaining the necessary documentation?

Yes you can use it if you have an ID card that allows you on base.

Yes, just a valid id that indicates ccommussary/base exchange privileges will allow you in. . i am wife off deceased retired military and had no problems.it is a huge and nice commissary.

It also has to allow her into the commissary, not all IDs that allow you on base allow all the privileges. Check the box and make sure it's not marked out.
