Pinnacle peacefield community for senior affordable living are not thinking about the seniors. I think the they should get at less one untility free at like the water bill. give one free. Also the renting of the washing machine should be $25.00 .

I agree. Not only that I was approved April 29th and told I could move in right away to the first building but no balcony. They advised if I wanted a balcony I could wait for the second building to be done and would be guaranteed a balcony. So I said how long till the second building is complete. They advised end of May. After numerous calls and 6 weeks later they told me I could move it . This was June 24th. So I said great. Got my balcony right. Oh no the computer put you in a no balcony. I go that's why I waited. Oh we'll get back to you. It's now June 27th and not a person has gotten back to me and I've spent thousands of dollars on hotels waiting 6 weeks. No communication what so ever. I worked for 30 years as a buyer and always communicated to my customers even if the news was not good I always kept in touch with them. Now I am in limbo not knowing what's going on.

How much do they charge for the washer/dryer rental? Also what else do you have to pay for? water? garbage? anyone know
