My friend lives there and I wish I could live there too but, it's for 62 years and over, although I'm 57 but, I absolutely love the big spacious apartment. The building is super clean and nothing bad, should be said about this property well there's 2 or 3 of them but, she lives I believe in the last one that was made.

I agree. Not only that I was approved April 29th and told I could move in right away to the first building but no balcony. They advised if I wanted a balcony I could wait for the second building to be done and would be guaranteed a balcony. So I said how long till the second building is complete. They advised end of May. After numerous calls and 6 weeks later they told me I could move it . This was June 24th. So I said great. Got my balcony right. Oh no the computer put you in a no balcony. I go that's why I waited. Oh we'll get back to you. It's now June 27th and not a person has gotten back to me and I've spent thousands of dollars on hotels waiting 6 weeks. No communication what so ever. I worked for 30 years as a buyer and always communicated to my customers even if the news was not good I always kept in touch with them. Now I am in limbo not knowing what's going on.
