Not sure but some city ordnances are not the same.
The law does not give you the right to smoke in public. Maybe you shoul read it before yelling at the facility. There are many other methods to take it without smoking and drawing attention to yourself. Look into thise as well.

City by city for legality..some cities are cool some more uptight,Gary has a ton of problems with the gentrification of that area having to close down earlier in the night every year.i wouldnt push my luck either.dont want to end up another well loved venue gone cuz its no longer pc in that hood.sure its legal but they still raid dispensaries every day.think before whining.
