The worst place I have ever been for health care. They never answer the phone or return your call. Today is Friday I started calling on Monday to get a prescription refill. I will never go back there. I would expect more from a free clinic.

It depends on what time you called. I always received a return call same day.

I think they just like the free clinic

I don't think you are talking about the right place. My family and I have been going there for many years and we have never had a unsatisfactory visit. As far as the phone goes, maybe it's because there such a great health & wellness provider that there to busy helping patients. I'm sorry you feel that way David.
