Hi- Here at Wilmington International Airport in Wilmington, NC we have nonstop service between ILM and Philadelphia (PHL) via American Airlines. Delta and United also provide service from ILM, although their flights could include a layover.
There are flights to Philadelphia via Spirit Airlines in Myrtle Beach but you should ask this in the Myrtle Beach location, not Wilmington.
