11 - 1 (Definitely) Monday - Friday (I think)
They start serving at 10:30 am every day of the week and on the weekends. They serve to go plates at 11:30 but only 25 to make sure tp get food i would get there by 1015 to line up. Hope this helps.
They serve food everyday. I dont know about free food in way of groceries.
