I believe that you can order your fish with other cooking methods such as grilled. Plus you can always order your food without any sauce or salad dressing they may offer. That's what I do.I love their food and there is plenty there for a healthy eater

Pretty much your choice. They do make some good sauces of their own-- like the bbq sauce on a cheeseburger.
