Played the course Sunday. Hard to beat for the price, that's a fact. Greens putted true...there was a bit of unwanted growth on a few greens but still cut and held a line, though they didn't "stick" very well so play to the front and roll is required. Fairways required very few lie improvements. Bunkers were very playable, a few were wet but this is understandable considering the monsoon rains in the area lately. For a privately owned, semi public course, it was a fun place to play, great value for the money. Nothing special about the amenities but the staff was friendly.

Could have been a nice course. This rating is due to the fact of not being transparent during booking of the Tee times. Only 9 holes are currently playable. Instead of telling us that or posting online we drove an hour to play 18 and were expected to play the same 9 twice. While that would be acceptable, to expect someone to pay the same price for the same nine twice as you would for a front and back 9 is ridiculous. We drove over an hour just to find this out. A very unfortunate situation that could have been avoided with simple transparency, honesty and integrity.
