No they don't and the isles aren't large enough. sometimes you can barely get a shopping cart through the aisles but they have wonderful buys.
I'm not sure, but there would be little room to get through the isles because there is so much in the store. I would think they may have wheel chairs. The best thing to do is call them before you go. Many of their customers are seniors so I am sure they have something.

I have not noticed them, the isles are tight it would be difficult to get around.
