Not the best Ross store I have visited. TJ Max is right next door though.....

It's a Ross store, been in one ever? Then you've also been in this one as well. Clothes on racks, and off racks on floors as customers moving items didn't pick them up, nor did employees, after moving clothes to see next items. The men's section had a bunch of women's clothes as in someone was walking around and realized they didn't want that item anymore and just put it back on a random rack. It was about 3pm, but it wasn't super busy to have a few employees walk the floors and check everything.

Yes they're holiday hours. The one near me normally closes at 10pm
Fairly certain they accept most things back with a receipt.
