How long does it take for them to call you back for apt? I been waiting almost a week I know you are busy but if I don't get apt soon I will be waiting a long time after I get apt

Usually not long, you should call them, they try to get you done quickly, however there are emergencies and occasionally you have to wait or reschedule.
