Does this location only allow appointments? The earliest I could get is in October, but I'd much rather get in sooner if walk-ins are possible. Also, did this location disconnect its phone line? Whenever I call, it doesn't even ring.

you can do walk ins yes, and also beware, there's this old guy that cussed me out under his breath, and the staff can be rude, so be ready, not the best experience

Schedule appointment online, they do have walk up but think its afternoon only

Walk-ins are allowed any time during the day (open-close). The phones were working a few weeks ago when I was there. Sorry I can't help with that one.
